Class & Distance Details

  • Base distance: up to 1,000 km
  • Additional distance fee: $10 per additional 1,000 km (coming soon)
  • Jelpala deliveries are operated on a non-stop basis.
  • Estimated arrival time (ETA) is calculated based on a general passenger-vehicle travel speed and may vary depending on traffic, weather, and operating conditions.

Recommended Parcel Size & Weight

  • WeightUp to 15 kg (33 lbs)

Parcels exceeding these limits may still be accepted based on the driver’s reasonable judgment.

Compensation Limit

Maximum compensation

up to $70per parcel

Parcels with a declared value above $70 may still be accepted, but compensation will not exceed $70.
