Truck Company Notice

(Fees, Settlement & Rewards)

This notice outlines the fee structure, settlement process, and reward program for truck companies participating in the Jelpala program. Details may be updated based on operational needs and will be communicated through updated notices.

Fees

  • The truck company receives 10% of the driver’s base service payout for each completed service.
  • This fee is paid each time a driver completes a service under the truck company.
  • Driver additional earnings, including waiting fees, cancellation fees, and bonuses, are not shared with the truck company.

Fee Settlement & Payment

Settlement Periods

1st to the 15th of each month
16th to the last day of each month

Payment Details

  • •Fees are paid within five (5) business days after the end of each period.
  • •Payments are made to the registered bank account of the truck company.
* In accordance with the policies of the third-party payment provider, the first payout may take up to seven (7) business days after Jelpala completes its internal settlement process.
* Subsequent payouts are generally deposited within three (3) business days. Actual payout timing may vary depending on the payment provider’s policies.

Cancellation & Waiting Fees

  • Cancellation fees and waiting fees are not paid to the truck company.
  • These fees are considered driver additional earnings.

Reward Program

  1. 1At the end of each year, the top five (5) truck companies based on accumulated points will be selected.
  2. 2Gift rewards will be provided to their drivers and employees.
  3. 3Detailed criteria and reward contents will be announced separately.

Changes to This Notice

This notice may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through an updated notice on the platform.

Jelpala places the highest priority on respecting drivers’ time, and all services are designed not to disrupt their driving flow.

Users wait in a prepared state, while drivers’ time is fully protected.

To ensure stable operations and maintain service quality, new truck company registrations may be temporarily limited once the required number of partner companies has been reached. In such cases, applications will be managed through a waitlist. Thank you for your understanding.
